Our national network of certified and qualified linguists understand cultural differences and are trained to deliver accuracy while protecting the integrity of the message in over 250 languages and dialects including sign language and rare languages. Our domestic and global telephonic interpretation services are handled in-house for the majority of injured workers and many of our in-house interpreters are both medically and legally certified.

Our best in class scheduling system and regionally defined methodologies allow us to accurately select the most qualified interpreter for the assignment depending on the type of appointment, interpreter certification requirements, and language. Video Remote Interpretation (VRI)

VRI connects multiple parties together without an interpreter physically present. It provides the benefit of face-to-face communication with the simplicity of over-the-phone interpretation.
