• Identify what constitutes home modifications and identify the appropriateness for the homecare environment.
• Clarify the determining factors that we have today post-pandemic that have created significant timeframe impacts.
• Recognize how equipment recommendations affect the injured worker’s level of function and understand the deliverable and billing process with the workers’ compensation insurance carrier.
• Understand the home modification product lines that maximize the injured worker’s independence.
• Identify levels of diagnosis to the home modification recommendations by addressing that the injured worker may have a secondary diagnosis and or economic challenges that may impede the outcomes.
