I would like to commend the helpfulness and professionalism of everyone I have spoken to. I especially appreciate the services of MTI agents, Jackie and Ricardo. They have both gone above and beyond to assist and simplify my multiple call needs. I often call needing to make 6-8 contacts and both Jackie and Ricardo help me without my having to call back MTI each time. I just wanted to send an email to you both and let you know Nadeen is a pleasure to work with. After 18 years and countless vendors, I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to send a referral or an email and actually receive a timely response. Although I probably shouldn’t bother her as much as I do, in this industry when you have a person that not only responds timely but also coordinates what I need and goes above and beyond, you stick with that person. I do send referrals to the referral email, but I know if I have a situation that needs immediate attention I have a contact that is reliable. Literally, I use MTI exclusively now because of Nadeen and the service I have received overall. I have made it known to my field nurses to use MTI on my claims. We all have had horrendous experiences with some of the other well-known vendors and this makes my job so much easier.

MTI was able to get the injured worker set up with transportation to the airport, his flight from Georgia to Pennsylvania, transport from the airport to his IME appt and back, and then his flight back home. Everything went very smoothly and there were no issues. My big thing was being sure he came and went back in one day and MTI was able to get that done so thank you so much!

Transport was requested for a post-operative injured worker/patient from Cedars Sinai to a Skilled Nursing Facility. This urgent situation also required a Bariatric Gurney Van for safe transport. The patient/injured worker was tested prior to release which found a medical condition that required medication prior to transport by MTI. These vans are not readily available usually but when the discharge nurse made the call later the same day, everything went as smoothly as possible. Denise was the one who expedited the final result which was safe transport for the injured worker. This is outstanding customer service. We Appreciate high-quality employees.
