Transportation

Transport was requested for a post-operative injured worker/patient from Cedars Sinai to a Skilled Nursing Facility. This urgent situation also required a Bariatric Gurney Van for safe transport. The patient/injured worker was tested prior to release which found a medical condition that required medication prior to transport by MTI. These vans are not readily available usually but when the discharge nurse made the call later the same day, everything went as smoothly as possible. Denise was the one who expedited the final result which was safe transport for the injured worker. This is outstanding customer service. We Appreciate high-quality employees.

MTI was able to get the injured worker set up with transportation to the airport, his flight from Georgia to Pennsylvania, transport from the airport to his IME appt and back, and then his flight back home. Everything went very smoothly and there were no issues. My big thing was being sure he came and went back in one day and MTI was able to get that done so thank you so much!

We had a very complicated trip which involved the coordination of air ambulance, transport from the airport to the hotel, hotel accommodations, medical equipment including a hospital bed delivered to the hotel, and home health. (This was not all but gives you a picture.) Cesar, Malcolm, Nickcola, Renee, and Lela all worked hard to get this taken care and they did a terrific job. Kudos to all of you and great Teamwork!!!
