MTI Difference

Matching riders with driver using Smart Scheduling technology

Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Prevention – MTI’s Smart Scheduling technology is integrated with Google Maps to display the shortest route at the time of scheduling. If an alternate route is required, MTI audits and approves the alternate where necessary.

Injured workers can dispatch rides on their own with flexible pickup and drop-off.

Ambulatory (Assisted) – Drivers will meet the rider at the front door of the home, workplace, or facility. Light assistance may involve lending an arm, helping with the injured worker’s light personal belongings, and walking with the injured worker to and from the car.
