With more than two decades of leadership experience in healthcare operations, managed care, and customer engagement strategy, Reich brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of operational excellence. In her new role, she will oversee the company’s end-to-end operations, drive process optimization, and lead strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth.
